Matepacking Ltd' retort pouches are constructed from varying grade
films which are laminated together. Material structure includes
high barrier aluminium material or microwaveable clear material,
could withstand temperatures ranging from 120℃ to 135℃ and provides
the moisture-proof, oxygen-proof, strength, toughness, puncture and
burst resistance that enable them to withstand the strenuous retort
process.

Quality Control Processes
1. Cutting pouches into single small piece layer
2. Stripping small piece of pouch into single layer
3. Put layer into Tensile test instrument
4. Meanwhile,artificial olfactory test are in progress
5. Retort bags must put in Boiled Hot pot to cook
6. Pouches must pass QC report to get "Conformity" before shipment
